      Change is hard but fulfilling

      Pros

      Rewarding and fulfilling work because Entrata is about to take off and we are working on our pre-flight checklists. Nothing is status quo, nothing is stagnant or free from being improved. Many people have struggled with this because they held tightly to the status quo. Change is hard, but if you understand the reason for it and can align to the future instead of the past it is much more fulfilling than status quo.

      Cons

      Snack rooms used to be a bit more stocked. But really, this is the only thing I could think of and is pretty small.

      Benefits are good, there's a lot of good people here, definitely job stability, the market keeps up even during hard economic times

      There's been a lot of changes and turnover and it feels like theyre going in too many directions at once
