Too many white, males. Little diversity and opportunities for women in leadership. Making the company a boys club of former employees the CEO has worked with and they don't challenge the CEO. Too many egos in the C suite, lots of bragging. C suite knows the tech industry but not the apartment industry and shows little interest in gaining that knowledge. Clients are unhappy with the little growth in the products, the lack of interest the C suite is showing their business, and that Entrata is moving further away from who they chose to do business with in the first place.
