Good Starting Place - Not a lot of Growth

Pros

Diverse group with lots of team lunches. It's a good place to gain skills and media experience under a big company name.

Cons

There is not a lot a room for growth. There might me one promotion here and there, but for the most part everyone is stationary. Also it's on the lower end of the pay scale compared to other media companies.
