Cons

This is a struggling media company who appears to have no interest in journalism or the well being of their employees. The management at the Palm Desert station is clueless and completely unorganized. Hiring enough people to properly run the station is their kryptonite. The work environment is unwelcoming and belligerent. You immediately become unhealthy, stressed out and miserable while working here. It's not even close to being worth the lowball pay.
