Pros
- People there really want to see you succeed and there to support you - Included LinkedIn Learning subscription which encourages further learning - Fun and challenging projects to take on - Shakopee office is nice, the cafe/gym/nice desk are appreciated - 6% 401K match - your input is genuinely considered and appreciated
Cons
- PTO policy is pretty weak (3 weeks accrual + 2 floating holidays which increases to 4 weeks accrual + 2 floating holidays BUT you cannot carryover your hours, so it's use it or lose it each year ) - Cafe could be more affordable
