Business Outlook
Pros
Run by fairly liberal Minnesota folks so they are pretty reasonable for needing time for medical issues and such. Job is stable as long as you keep the customer happy. Work isn't that strenuous and is clean. Travel is necessary sometimes.
Cons
Salary hasn't held up to changing conditions. Staffing levels are kept low in the field so getting time off can be difficult. Management can be out of touch with reality at times.
