      Pros

      Shifting to cloud is leading to new career growth opportunities. Ability to work from home 3 days a week.

      Cons

      Left hand never speaks to right hand. For example, InfoSec doesn’t speak to dev, and this leads to many impediments which prevent developers from getting their work done.

      Old technology. Club culture. Some been there 15-20 years, don't really know how to respect new members.
