      Good team mates and friendly environment.

      Not enough work for everyone. They wanted to hire too many juniors without enough tasks for them.

      The work culture is flexible and laid back. Has a full cafeteria, gym with showers, and walking trails.

      Cons

      No opportunities of growth within the company (Lack of career progression). Poor planning of software releases. No recognition for work done. Location is terrible (way out in Shakopee)
