Excellent product to represent, compensation is fair, the young management team is progressive in their approach.

Cons

Some departments need more training and knowledge of how the product works. Lack of communication between departments when changes are made.

Duties were consistent but repetitious

Cons

High turnover of staff and supervisors. Four direct supervisors in one year, the last of which had less than two hours overlap with my scheduled shift. Inconsistent and conflicting performance indicators.

Leadership and employees focused on keeping everyone engaged. In my 3 year tenure at Envera and 17 years at another company, I often take for granted how responsive, open and honest the Envera team have been with both employees and customers (as compared to my prior experiences). I would recommend Envera to anyone looking for an opportunity to join a company takes your success and growth seriously.
