Pros

I've worked at Envera for almost 5 years now. The company has a lot of great potential. The technology being used and implemented throughout the company is great. They spend a significant amount of resources on marketing. This really shows with their great marketing campaigns that attract new clients all the time.

Cons

The advancement opportunities in some divisions of the company are nonexistent. There is also a lot of favoritism that affects company morale. This is seen with employees who have been promoted every year. Some of the managers have no prior management experience. This is evident through their micromanagement of staff. Unfortunately, this has affected some of the more established employees in the company. As for the benefits, they are very expensive for some reason. The 401K Retirement Option is mediocre at best. They don't match your contribution after 3%, which is pitiful.

No pros about this company especially the financial department.

Cons

The financial department at this company is horrible!!! Please beware of this department. The training has much to be desired. I was only there 5 days with little or no training and they fired me because I was not making company standards. They also have had temp people and they did not work out either because of the little training provided to them.
