Pros

It's easy to get hired even for idiots, they pay for your class D security license, and it's an easy job to learn.

Cons

There is a real lack of direction from management and no consistent training for the job. Honestly, I don't even see the point to the job because it doesn't provide any real security, at best a crime would be caught on camera.

Cons

Pay is poor and management rules by intimidation and fear. I give this company a generous 5 years before it goes down faster than the Titanic.
