Cons

Must be able to not just put up with yelling from residents, visitors, and company reps. complaining, but foul language and personal insults. Management does not appear to care or reach out to you when you bring it up and when you need a supervisor, the wait is long (which can be understandable if they are dealing with another situation) and all that goes against our metrics. We are expected to provide excellent customer service yet all under 55 seconds and unfortunately the people we deal with don't make it easy. If you don't mind this, and have thick skin, may be a great job.
