Pros

Get opportunities to move multiple places and get on different projects since the organization is so large

Cons

Enverus boasts about "Unlimited PTO", however, bundles sick time and leave of absence for health or personal reasons as PTO. Also, it's not unlimited (pretty much 3 weeks for most people).
