      Growing pains from acquisitions

      Pros

      The acquisitions have enabled new products and opportunities in the combined organization. WFH is continuing.

      Cons

      There's strong pressure to standardize all the acquisitions on DrillingInfo (DI) originated culture, processes, technology, and more. But, I would argue that acquisitions like RS Energy and Oildex were superior in many areas, and this is being lost. The #OneTeam motto is really #DITeam, and feels alienating.

      Little focus, HR team now is brutal, treated like a number yet expected to put in way too many hours, C suite doesn't care and people don't trust them, no sense of purpose
