      Pros

      The staff is committed and hard working, creating a supportive and energized work environment. DI promotes advancement within the company and offers growth opportunities if you are willing to step up to the challenge. The company sponsors multiple volunteer opportunities and fun events throughout the year that help build morale and a great sense that "we are a team". In this way we're actively making a difference in the local community and in the world at large due to the global scope of the Industry.

      Cons

      There can be a disconnect between the customer facing departments and those that create and maintain the products that are being sold.

      Pros

      Great company culture. Great people working together to make a real difference in the world. People work hard, play hard, work together really well. When tensions rise, they work it out pretty fast.

      Cons

      There needs to be more training on the industry and the company's products. It's hard for people to jump in quickly. The industry is complicated, and the company's products are many-faceted.

      Look.. forget about the money, the career, and everything you know. If you are passionate about your work you will go far here. If you strive for bleeding-edge technological innovation you will absolutely fit right in. If you're tired of the politics, endless meetings, and bickering.. then you will love it here. I feel that there is an overwhelming amount of positive and unique culture in our daily environment. By the way, the people here... each and every one of them are inexplicably, undeniably, and without exception... absolutely brilliant! I also feel that in life when you chase and treasure what you're passionate about.. the career and compensation will soon follow. I'm not paid by my company to say this. This is an honest review.

      Cons

      None. If you're not happy here, you probably need some introspective counseling or a career change. The executive managment always addresses your needs as long as you voice them; no person is left behind.
