      The culture is one that can't be beaten. This is like family. everybody is helpful with a great on-boarding for new hires to help teach them and get them up and running quickly.

      I don't know of any.

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Willing to try new things to advance the business. Upper management is very accessible and values/listens to employees. Work is very interesting and there are many opportunities to help grow yourself and the organization.

      Cons

      Pay is not as competitive given the state of the Austin market. Some growing pains and communication improvements needed, but management is actively working on this.

      Pros

      DrillingInfo has a unique culture that builds a framework for the entire company to accomplish the monumental tasks that it puts infront of itself. This company moves fast and is growing even faster which bring new opportunities for learning as well as new opportunities for advancement. Our president Ed Perry has qualities in a leader that I have never seen before. This man cares about every single person at DrillingInfo and if you need time with him he will make time for you top to bottom. The leadership that is learned at DI will launch your career in any direction that you want it to go.

      Cons

      There is a lot of pressure everyday but you know what is expected of you.
