Pros

Good work culture. No pressure from manager.

Cons

Lack of growth, understanding gap between managers and employees about the learning path, less or no development tasks, bad office politics by other team. I was victim of dirty office politics because my updates were going to manager through a toxic senior member.

Pros

Great work practices, very smart team

Cons

This company has a heartless work culture. You are just a number. Salary isn't competitive, leadership has a total disconnect with employees, company shows no heart or care towards employees (no holiday celebrations, little to no salary increases, no celebrations of any kind)

Pros

Remote working, usually great employees

Cons

I worked at Enverus and feel compelled to warn potential employees about the company's deeply flawed marketing department and overall management. The marketing team is highly dysfunctional, and the leadership lacks a clear vision. There is a severe lack of diversity, with the team being run predominantly by a homogeneous group that does not promote inclusive practices. The leadership lacks empathy and routinely lays off employees under the guise of budget constraints, even if they are strong performers. The HR team has little power, and the workplace environment is one of fear, where employees feel the need to constantly watch their behavior to avoid being let go. Open and honest conversations are not encouraged, and favoritism is rampant. Only the favorites are allowed to thrive, while others are marginalized. The compensation is below market standards, and the benefits are poor compared to other organizations in the industry. If you are considering a role at Enverus, especially within the marketing team, I would strongly advise you to reconsider. There are far better opportunities out there where you will be valued and treated with respect.
