Pros

Colleagues were very friendly and provided help and support if required. Management were professional knowledgeable, well organised but also very approachable. Opportunities to attend conferences. Learned a lot in the first year of employment. Starting salary was good and increased steadily each year.

Cons

Job became a bit mundane after a year and there wasn't much opportunity to progress.

The people and culture here are world class. I love coming to work every day and we have a ton of fun. The company also provides its employees with a lot of flexibility, an open vacation program and great benefits.

Cons

There is a lot of change and not a lot of clearly defined processes. The stress takes its toll on the employees.
