      Pros

      There are a lots of smart, capable employees at this company that are a blast to work with and, prior to COVID-19, the company invested heavily in team building events and parties.

      Cons

      Management makes some empty promises from time to time and product & customers definitely take a back seat to profits. The advancement paths are arbitrary and titles like "senior" are only delegated to outside hires as a negotiation tactic to bring in out of work energy industry professionals at a discount rate in order to parade them in front of potential clients to boost credibility.
