      Management hides behind consultants

      Bro culture, if you are into that.

      Cons

      Management says the right things but never follows through. During company acquisitions there are always consultants telling management what to say, however, they never follow through on those promises. Working in a dying industry. When management is in another office they do not care to get to know the employees. The sales team will say anything to get a sale and throw the rest of the org under the bus to deliver.

      I am sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience while employed with us. While there are many moving pieces during an acquisition, our leadership tries to be very diligent and intentional with communication and tries to address concerns as quickly as possible. There will always be a need for data insights within the Energy sector, we are excited about our growth and the future.

      I cannot think of any to be honest.

      Cons

      The leadership is terrible. They do not invest in their employees development nor set them up for success. No room for growth. Did not learn anything to further my career whatsoever. Left to flounder. Poor pay and benefits as well.
