6yI could not agree more with your assessment of our culture – healthy with respect for all! That said, there are areas we can improve, and we work hard to make sure we have a pulse on employee engagement and that we tackle the things that matter most. Improving communication, for example is an area of focus that will never be “done” but where we have made significant improvement. We will continue to work toward providing an environment where people are challenged and happy.
