      Pros

      No micro-management, freedom to make an impact every day you come to work, strong pay, outstanding benefits, growing extremely fast and it only looks to get better.

      Cons

      The oil and gas business is so complex and our services so intricate, that sometimes we don't fully understand the value proposition and full business impact of every product we release. However, leadership has heard our requests for help and training is stepping it up in a big way to bring us up to speed on our current and future product releases.

      Upper management is a joke - always chasing the dollar. They do not care about the people. Everyone was unhappy except the few chosen favorites who were gifted jobs that required minimal work but had a large salary.
