Pros
Upper management is great and very open and available.
Cons
Juliette Escobar is not a nice person to work for. She will micro-manage. She does not have the ability to separate her personal feelings towards people from the business relationship. She thinks she is never wrong and cannot handle if anybody challenges her or points out a mistake on her part.
