      Pros

      The best thing about working at Enverus is it's people. Although our team was nearly 100% remote and spread out throughout the world, everyone was willing to get to know each other. The team was willing to also adapt for the needs of the business in any reasonable way. The managers are very serious about maintaining work-life balance as much as possible. and are willing to let you take advantage of the unlimited PTO as much as you need as long as your work is covered.

      Cons

      A problem I had was that they have no means to give manager feedback. This was something that was brought up on a company wide survey, so it wasn't just me who wanted this. Other companies of this size I've worked for have this in place and Enverus should too. The benefits are decent, but on the lackluster side
