      Fully remote, no intentions to RTO (sold local commercial space). Lots of space to create own organization and process, and immediate leadership is kind and compassionate

      Low wages, good ol boys club, don't take SA seriously, will work you to death (literally had several health issues that went away once I left). Nowhere close to IPO, financials are a disaster
