      Pros

      I have worked as a full time employee for almost one and a half years, flexible work hours, unlimited PTO, easy work.

      Cons

      No recognition for hard work and diligence. Pay scale is really bad, Management only favors their friends and subordinates whom they take for social hours and lunches, and higher management have no idea what so ever who does what, data architects in this company are talking architects who do not know how to write code for a working solution and all they do is write on white boards and they all remain there either because they are favored by higher management for reasons not related to work. Worst work culture.

      Absolutely nothing, unless you're just looking for a paycheck and don't want to become better at your career.

      Cons

      Exceeds expectations in review, next thing I know getting fired for "poor performance." They don't want talent here, they want yes men. If you try to hold people accountable youre toast. Not sure how managers became managers most of them are lazy or just a part of the right crowd. Knowledge here is extremely limited.

      I cannot think of any to be honest.

      Cons

      The leadership is terrible. They do not invest in their employees development nor set them up for success. No room for growth. Did not learn anything to further my career whatsoever. Left to flounder. Poor pay and benefits as well.
