Pros
Enverus is a unique place to work. There is interesting work, in a dynamic industry, with collaborative co-workers who are customer-centric, regardless of department. It is team-oriented, with the executives doing their best to be transparent and being open to chat with anyone who wants to talk with them, although this gets harder as the company grows. A number of employees who have left over the years have come back, as the transition made them realize that Enverus is a great organization.
Cons
Enverus grows organically and inorganically. The acquisitions create opportunity, but also cause some disruption. If you want visibility into your work quarters in advance, you may find this isn't the place for you.
