      Pros

      I left a job in the fortune 500 space in search of a more fulfilling professional experience. Drillinginfo ticks all the boxes -- Advancement opportunity, Employee engagement, Accessible Leadership, Innovative products, and a culture of winning. If you desire to lead and be developed, this is a great place to accomplish your goals.

      Cons

      Sometimes I am too busy to participate in all the amazing events that they put on for the employees.

      The future is bright

      Pros

      This is not a place for people to come and just exist; its a place for those that want to have a meaningful career and impact but want to work for it. I love seeing people advance that really deserve it rather than those that get the benefits for just being an employee. Drillinginfo is going through some rapid growth, and with the expected challenges, but the overall direction and leadership is fantastic. The people that work here really care about their fellow team members and the clients they serve. Nothing like I have ever seen.

      Cons

      Going through a lot of acquisitions can be challenging and it is, but they are the right decisions and when integrated will be hugely impactful.
