Pros

With the Battery Ventures acquisition of Enviance in February 2015, the organization has been experiencing some growing pains, yet the sense I have coming into a new year is of positivity and innovation. The staff that remains onboard is intelligent, motivated and ready to make Enviance into the market-leading company it was always meant to be, and I look forward to being apart of such a great team and assisting in the high growth.

Cons

Currently, a lot of responsibility is being given to the smaller crew we have remaining, but I anticpate that hiring will alleviate the additional burden in the long run.

Pros

Small company with happy customers, respectful, fun working environment, nice location. Management trusts employees and there is little or no office politics.

Cons

Tight market means some limits to comp possibilities. Sometimes feels like a startup, meaning sometimes the work load is high.

Pros

Hghly motivated employees will find a lot of room for development, and a receptive environment. Good camaraderie and support. Very little office politics to negotiate (go somewhere else for drama). Recent change in management may shake things up.

Cons

Not a place for someone who needs clear direction. There's nobody looking over your shoulder all the time, but if you can't perform on your own, you won't last.
