Able to work from home.

Cons

Absolutely horrible company. After making multiple donations every day I worked there, they gave me an “Ultimatum Week” where if I didn’t make quota, I would be terminated within a week. There was no indication of this as part of the job before they sprung it on me, giving me one week to try and find another job or line something up while still working “under the gun.”

Amazing learning experience, most of the people you work with are amazing and friendly, lots of responsibility and autonomy

Cons

Extremely stressful, high expectations, unlivable wage, unrealistic expectations, unsafe and semi-toxic and manipulative work environment, no DEI and refusal to talk about environmental injustice
