Pros

There are very few pros. Actually none that I can think of.

Cons

Often put in unsafe situations and areas. So much wear and tear on your own vehicles. Ridiculous expectations, revolving door of employees, a greedy owner with an insane ego, not enough competition for what you have to put up with. I would give it minus stars if I was able to.
