Pros

Effective organization with team spirit, respected in its field

Cons

They don't do much to retain you in terms of training for what might be next for you or finding a place for you in the organization if your role or program ends. Expect to be layered.

Pros

They have a 35 hour work week, which means 9-5 with a 1 hour lunch. I was never tired at the end of the day with that schedule, and felt it was conducive to productivity.

Cons

The people were strangely cold and many did not seem especially interested in actually protecting the environment. Very little sincere concern for environmental justice. Very little concern for the welfare or survival of non-human species.
