Senior management is very cliquey and stuck in the past. There is no company culture or pride in the organization. They underpay their staff even compared to other nonprofits in the space so there's constant turnover

Not great with rolling out org-wide procedures and general communication. Things move slowly with the execs and sometimes their advice to employees is not helpful or relatable ("take afternoons off for the whole week to get outdoor time" but still expected to complete the same amount of work that week)
