      Made up of passionate people but leadership needs to reevaluate

      Pros

      The people are passionate and when you land on a good team things are amazing. Good benefits and decent pay. The mission is super important and EDF is well positioned to make change.

      Cons

      Very little clarity on organizational structure and is constantly changing. Upper management is out of touch with the rest of the organization. Budget is mismanaged.

      Great staff: knowledgable, friendly, passionate. Very flexible work/life balance. Decent benefit package.

      Leadership is: - old and out of touch - hires great people but doesn't trust them to do their jobs - bending to the will of a few billionaire donors rather than a wider, younger base
