Pros

The people. It takes some time, but once you find your tribe, you'll enjoy working with them every minute.

Cons

Leadership is all over the place. Management likes to keep things hidden.

Pros

While not equal across staff, I felt strongly like my manager saw and invested in my talent and that retention and institutional knowledge were valued. EDF attracts strong talent and has generous benefits and a fun work environment (the annual retreat is fantastic). Innovative work culture.

Cons

Lack of transparency, micromanagement, and fear or retribution at leadership level.
