Too much work, or too little work. Pay sucks. Management is unwilling to change with the times, they want nothing more than to get people back in offices. Said return to office was "voluntary" but forces people back that don't want to go back because they're "essential." The offices are completely unneeded. Also - there's no personal career growth here. Career growth only happens by tenure. If you have 2 employees applying for a job, and one is the optimal choice because they work hard and have the skills needed, while the other does not but simply has been there much longer, they'll take the tenured employee over the skilled employee. Peter principle runs rampant here and people are leaving positions like crazy because of the poor management decisions. Super top heavy as well, and re-orgs don't do anything besides help people on top be even higher. Also, don't expect to get paid what you're worth, ever.
