      Great projects, great people, little transparency on salaries

      Pros

      As the title says EDF has amazing environmental projects and the majority of the people who work at EDF tend to be great. The organization is very slowly trying to make progress to advance career development and employee retention but it still has a long way to go.

      Cons

      There is no transparency or clear career path at EDF. Very few high level managers and directors are mentors and you have to be extremely pro active to get ahead.

      Pros

      Full of smart people who care about saving the environment using practical means. Great programs involving fisheries, wildlife, climate change. Highly recommend working for this organization.

      Really cannot give a list of "cons" about this organization. I wish I was still able to work for them.
