      Pros

      Brilliant, passionate people working on research and projects that make a real difference. Superiors really cared about my progress but also gave me independence on my own project.

      Cons

      When I was there years ago, the office space in San Francisco was quite antisocial, and people from different groups did not interact much at all. They were making strides change that, and I hope they have!
