Pros

It is a very professional work environment and your colleagues are always willing to share and collaborate their independent work.

Cons

Management is always willing to listen but not often willing to move on policy which sometimes leaves them behind the curve. Overly cautious but nonpartisanship can be helpful later on.

Pros

Very pragmatic, yet innovative organization to work for. Seeks to accomplish large-scale environmental change with as many partners as possible. Strong organizational culture. Supportive work environment. Upper management/executives are open and receptive. Strong leadership throughout organization.

Cons

For new hires, it can be tricky to integrate into and navigate the organization. Programs and departments operate in silos and there is less cross-departmental communications and coordination.
