Unfortunately, this organization is way too political. Management would do unethical things to please higher ups. Other employees who were our customers could be the worst and were extremely disrespectful to the HR department and sadly it was tolerated. They would complain constantly until she got her way. At times, we were working 60 hours per week and it was never enough. We would be told how we still weren’t doing enough and the hiring managers of the teams we were servicing were disappointed and complaining. I even had a customer get upset and email me how she was mad that I put Employee 1 in the “to:” and Employee 2 in the “cc:” lines of an email message when she thought it should have been the other way around. I was completely appalled!

Bureaucracy in the workplace sometimes.
