      All divisions compromised, exodus of historical knowledge as staff give up their careers to save their integrity.

      Pros

      Nice coworkers when not under pressure to focus on non environmental issues.

      Cons

      Compromised infrastructure, poor management due to huge out going senior staff causing promotions before staff are ready to be leaders. Furthermore our budget has been reduced significantly every year for the past 4 years and our regulatory and other legal authority has been truncated. Broken command staff, promotions based on arrogance rather than competence.
