      - Get to work with many departments - Had creative freedom - It was easy to get in touch with management - It was easy to communicate with management

      Working at the EPA was a great experience and I don't have anything negative to say about the people or the workplace.

      Flexible work hours, teleworking though the current administration is taking that away, good work life balance

      Cons

      Too much work politics, current administration needs improvement, no maternity leave, poor morale, nothing happens to bad managers and staff that do nothing, senior management is incompetent, low opportunities for career growth, salary needs to be better, everyone is leaving
