      Pros

      Dedicated employees. Lots of cross-disciplinary work. Room for creativity. Always learning. A lot of teamwork - the projects almost always rely upon many people working and thinking together.

      Cons

      It is a hierarchical organization, even when full of collaboration and even though there are many great opportunities for new employees to make a difference and to have room to be creative. Current political leadership may be an issue.

      Incredible mission, lots of room for growth, especially compared to other agencies, large, complex problems

      bureaucracy, administration that is embroiled in controversy, lack of direction from the administration, some staff and managers are not engaged
