Family friendly, I work for a great P.I. who values my ideas and opinions and treats me as an equal and not just a free set of hands. Great branch chief and division director who truly have an open door policy. A lot of the employees value what they do, and the company as a whole believes in protecting human health and the environment.... CEO, Gina McCarthy, responds to emails!

Cons

VERY political. Not a lot of permanent opportunities to get hired as a full-time employee UNLESS your P.I. is best buds with upper management then you WILL get a permanently hired regardless if they are "not hiring."
