      The working environment is comfortable. The colleagues here are nice and willing to help Freedom in doing research.

      Cons

      No benefit Health insurance is not covered It took a long time for background check.

      Great TSP matching system; Ability to move between jobs/divisions/regions; Virtually guaranteed promotions/raises with time; Teleworking is an option in time

      Cons

      They do not promote based on merit- there is extremely little reward for excelling; a lot of current employees reflect a culture that prizes longevity over skill or initiative; Intro pay levels are terrible and their pay scale for positions requiring advanced degrees is about $20K below industry standards
