      Pros

      Stable job. You can work 40 hours per week and go home. Looks good on the resume. It was good professional experience.

      Cons

      Lots of lazy people who won't get fired because it's a government job. Definitely some poor leaders. It was difficult/impossible to move around within the company.

      The working environment is comfortable. The colleagues here are nice and willing to help Freedom in doing research.

      No benefit Health insurance is not covered It took a long time for background check.
