      Pros

      Excellent health care and retirement options. Open environment for research and the ability to help communities in need. The ability ot work on a variety of projects spanning multiple disciplines of science.

      Cons

      The level of red tape continues to increase. Decreasing budgets make it hard to accurately plan multi-year research. The introduction of a matrix management system has hurt overall productivity and morale
