      The agency's overall mission is meaningful, "to protect human health and the environment."

      Cons

      There are a lot of boxes piled up in the office, which makes the space feels like a storage unit instead of an office. In addition, many managers micromanage employees.

      Teleworked through the first 2 years under a good section supervisor, had no issues with Maxiflex schedule i.e. flexible hours, new administration and updated union policies which make it easier to collectively bargain for better benefits

      Cons

      Lots of brain drain with folks retiring or moving to remote work and not being accessible to employees working in-office, very uninspiring and dull physical office space
