      Ok if it's your first job out of college. Not so much if you want to move ahead.

      This is a good start and they treat you decently.

      Cons

      This is an old boy's network. You won't move ahead unless you are hooked up. Seen it in every office I worked in there. Be cautious if you are interviewing for anything higher than a 14. These are most likely pegged for someone and not worth you taking the time off to interview.
