      The agency is a reputed name, especially for those in the environmental industry

      Cons

      Between mentors and supervisor details and changes, as young professional straight out of college they did not know what work to give me or how to handle my employment. While working here, I felt like my three college degrees were a waste as I was just used for admin tasks.

      The absolute most toxic atmosphere I have ever experienced. Have on-going panic attacks four years later due to the hostility. I couldn't go to HR because I was in HR.
